Rusiate Balenagasau (Fiji, Beqa Island)
'Rusi' has gained quite a loyal following among divers that visit Fiji. Having been diving for 19 years from both land and boat based operators; Rusi has amassed over 15,000 dives in the Fijian Archipelago. Rusi is a Boat Captain and a Senior Feeder on The Shark Dive, happiest when eye to eye with one of our regular animals. With his intimate knowledge of the underwater world, Rusi can show you things that you would otherwise miss.

Manasa Bulivou (Fiji, Beqa Island)
Manasa has been diving for 15 years and is our Senior Boat Captain. He was
instrumental in aiding the set up of Shark Reef Marine Reserve, and is an
official Fish Warden helping to protect the local waters. Manasa is also
one of our Senior Feeders on The Shark Dive, and loves to share his passion for
the animals with everyone who dives with us. In traditional Fijian
culture, Manasa is a 'Spokesman' from his home village of Rukua, and is never
one to shy away from telling a story!

Eliki Seruvatu (Fiji, Beqa Island)
Eliki is a highly experienced Divemaster. Having started diving over 10 years ago and with 5000+ dives in Beqa Lagoon alone, Eliki is very familiar with these waters; if it's Nudibranchs that you are after, he will know where to find them. In traditional Fijian culture, Eliki is a 'Warrior' from his home village of Rukua; we like to think of him as our personal bodyguard!

David Kitione (Fiji, Rotuma)
David is an experienced PADI Divemaster and has worked extensively in the waters
around Taveuni and Beqa Lagoon. He has a talent with the video camera so
next time you see him on a dive be sure to give him a wave. David is an
authorised regulator technician and is responsible for keeping our boat engines
in tip-top shape. When not diving, David volunteers as a Fish Warden to
protect the local waters.

Petero Niurou (Fiji, Rotuma)
Petero is a highly experienced PADI Instructor who heads up our dive
training school. Petero joined Beqa Adventure Divers in
March '07 and brings with him a wealth of teaching and diving
experience from around Fiji. His teaching skills are so in demand that
neighbouring resorts specifically request for him to teach their guests.
From first time intro dives all the way up to PADI Divemaster; Petero is your
man.

Watisoni Veremalumu (Fiji, Wainiyabia)
'Wati' graduated from our 2005 Village Divemaster Internship and became a full-time BAD Boy in '06. The senior team members are bringing him up to speed on how to handle the food on The Shark Dive and also where to find all of those elusive reef critters we all love to see. Wati has also showed some good skills behind the lens and helps David out with the videography.

Adi Losalini Donumaivanua (Fiji, Namosi)
'Lo' joined BAD in mid 2006 to build up sea time for her Captain's
licence. In January '07, Lo became a fulltime member of the dive team
and successfully gained her skippers licence. Not only is she working
her way through the ranks of boat driving, she is also working her way through
the PADI training courses and is currently undergoing her Divemaster
training.

Nanise Ledua (Fiji, Cicia)
'Nani' is our Front Desk Co-coordinator and Receptionist; for many of you, when
you call us it will be Nani's friendly voice on the other end of the
phone. Taking care of business in the office and retail shop takes up most
of her days, though when she gets the chance, Nani, can be found diving the blue
waters of Beqa Lagoon and her favourite, The Shark Dive.

Andrew Cumming (U.K., Edinburgh)
As Beqa Adventure Divers' Operations Manager, Andrew is responsible for the day to day running of the operation and keeping the wheels turning. Andrew joins the BAD Team in making Beqa Adventure Divers the premier diving destination in Fiji. Andrew is also an experienced PADI MSDT and is always on hand to offer advice and answer any questions that a diver may have.
